Have put this Kookaburra on as we saw it in a different area and have seen reports that there is a decline in Kookaburra numbers so hope this meets the criteria of being useful to the CNM database.
We are trying to meet your request to limit our submissions however some birds that were plentiful may not be now or in the future.
When we went to Tidbinbilla yesterday 29 April 2019 we saw very few birds and there was a noticeable lack of birdsong. A volunteer we chatted to mentioned that people walking up Mount Tennant and beyond had not seen any sign of life. This was quite worrying.
