Survey from 11:35 - 12:30. Mass of Cassinia quinquenervia flowering with some chrysocephalum, Xerochrysum and Rutidisus. Missing beetle observed and not photographed was teh Plague soldier beetle Chauliognathus lugubris. Missing flies were a gnat fly and possibly a muscid fly. Don't know teh species of overfly but in teh syrhinii tribe.
