Record ID Pollinators included in this survey: # 4544686, 4544708, 4544711, 4544700, 4544697. Insect (ant), but not a pollinator associated with this survey: 4544718. Disappointingly low numbers of pollinators in general. Perhaps midday on a hot day was not a good choice. It was the best chance for the survey between wind, rain storms, and other commitments.
The area has been mowed again with a lot of plants crushed in the wheel tracks. There are only a couple of thriving blue devils, the rest have been mangled by mowing, or are in their decline after the hot dry weather in Dec.
