Survey conducted betwee 10:45am and 11:30am. There were significantly fewer insects this time and not many flowering plants. The photographed insects are in a collection at https://canberra.naturemapr.org/collections/sightings/11449 . There are 11 photographed sightings including bees - 5, Wasps - 1, Flies - 4, Midge -1 . I have no idea about the spiecies of the 8 unphotographed bees (I never got close enough to see more than that it was a solitary bee) but none were honey bees. The two wasps were both small parasitic wasps of some sort but they were different.
