I started the survey at 10:50 and finished at 11:50 (20min for photos and 10 min to go to the car and change flash battery). The cloud cover increased during the survey and it was close to 100% when I finished.
I photographed 59 pollinator sightings and they are in a Collection at https://canberra.naturemapr.org/collections/sightings/11248
The photographed sightings include:
bees - 32, flies - 13, wasp -1, true bugs -5, beetles -7, butterfly -1
There were more solitary bees than honey bees but there were a lot of both. I photographed all the flowering plants and I will put them up on CNM. The unphotographed numbers are an estimate of how many I saw on flowers not how many were most likely present.
