User's notes

The pond was entirely covered with pink algae. It was fully fenced with a lot of reeds around the edge, as such I wasn't confident getting the water temperature and have used the water temp from site FGB001 taken 10 mins earlier

yes, this once awesome pond is a sore sight now- the thick coverage of Azolla filiculoides shows how much the pond is loaded with nutrients coming from the urban areas. alerted people within the ACT Gov see what can be done to clean up this mess- just read online that there is a spray for free floating aquatic plants that does not affect other plants in the waterway...
