User's notes

Forgot to bring tape recorder. Call of the Rocky Stream Frog on the CD was not what we heard but fits the description in the 'species' handout in the kit. Much softer call (quiet deep call: brrp brrp brrp) than any other frog. Doubt it would be picked up; Size: 36 m�; Aquatic Veg: Algae, water plants; Bank Veg: Eucalypts, Leptospermum, small shrubs and grasses; Overhead Canopy: Eucalypts; Landscape: Dry Schlerophyll forest; QAQC Notes: Reported on data sheet ONLY - NO TAPE RECORDING AVAILABLE. Also reported 'Rocky Stream Frog (5-10) on FDS, but not considered reliable.
