Adversaeschna brevistyla (Blue-spotted Hawker)

Part of the Aeshnidae family of dragonflies (also contains Anax sp (i.e. Emperor) dragonflies).

May or may not have blue eyes and some blue markings. Some males may have brown eyes and yellow/white markings.

Markings on top of thorax
Dark T-shape on top of frons (top of the 'nose')
Markings on top of abdomen
Narrow 'waist' at the 'start' of the abdomen
