Could be a Notodryas sp. It is also very similar to Oecophoridae provisional species 5

I thought Notodryas vallata was not quite the same but there may be variability withing the species.

I'm not sure this is N. valliata eg. N. valliatta seems to have a less prominent dark band near the thorax based on iNaturalist sightings. I wouldn't rule out N. encrita either.
