Yes, I tend to think so. Seems to lack several marking characteristics of S. emissalis.

Has abdomen shape of this sp (Sinpunctiptilia emissalis) also the triangular mark is viseable on the right wing correctly positioned just in from the notch. Palps are also consistant. The similar S. tasmaniae occurs in Tasmania.
