I'm looking at Proteuxoa sp(5)group in the book and the image is so small and indistinct that I can't see the similarity (pages 14-15). Did you look on the CD Wendy? I should probably try that ;-)

Yes, if you can, you should look at the CD pages, not only the book - use it only as a guide to which CD files to check. I use the book like a pictorial index. With the CD pages there is the opportunity to show a range of forms/variations (like looking at all the BOLD specimens) CD pages also show live moths so you can get a feel for how they look. A further enhancement is some updates to previous CD pages that also come out on each new CD (book part). Depending when you got your books there are 2nd/revised editions for Pt 1 & 2

I think Part 10 on will have some other means of transferring these files other than a CD so perhaps see if someone else locally has a CD reader and can download the files for you. I think there is a way of registering for updates online too.
