Hi Hejor, congratulations on a new species for CNM! This ant is not often seen around the region, and I have only seen it a few times, out where I live north of Canberra. I don't think it is rare, but generally inconspicuous, foraging singly and, I think, mainly in the colder months. Thanks for the sighting. Cheers, Jon
