Michael there are many hybrids of G rosmarinifolia as well as the straight species; the advice I have from botanists & plant ecologists is that none of the Grevillea species or hybrids that occur naturally in the ACT are local to Mt Majura and Mt Ainslie.

Waltraud the CNM and ALA distributions of Grevillea juniperina subsp fortis are pretty similar with records along the Murrumbidgee and Molonglo Valleys. There is one record at the southern base of Mt Ainslie - it may have been planted or invaded from a nearby garden but I think we should regard it as a local species as you do find it a few kilometres away from the rivers in box-gum woodland

Cheers Michael
