Did the adult leaves have parallel veins? And were the leaves glossy green.

Didn't get the leaves, too high up. Colour what I think as normal for gum, i.e. pale green, not glossy.

Not a Snow Gum then. Possibly Sribbly Gum without the scribbles on the bark.

Other than E viminalis, supposed to get snow gum and scribbly gum (E. rossii) in this area - lack of scribbles, so I assumed snow gum, also because of corrugations on underside between branch and trunk.
