There are a number of similar candidates here based on photos of similar moths from this region on NatutreMapr. I have ruled out A. malacella because the number and shape of the darker bands on the forewing and the termen shape. Not Coesyra phaeozona I think beacuse the dark marking is not as extensive, the palps are different and plain coloured there is a small dark mark at the base which is absent here. Oecophoridae provisional species 6 has a dark 'collar' which is absent here. Endeolena xanthiella has a darker fringe at the termen and the single dark mark on the forewing is more diffuse and less defined. Endeolena aurinatella more orange looking anshas little more than a 'tick'mark and a darker forewing fringe too. I think the palps here better match 'Plectobela undesctibed species'.
