Fairly sure that's thel. megcalyptra. The petals have decently large gaps, flowers appear nicely size, and their are warts on the post-anther lobe.

That was my first thought but wasn't sure as no black or dark brown on post anther lobe.

The leaf for T. megcalyptra is not correct they are broad 300 x 25 mm where this thin. This very similar to one Megan and I recorded at that location, see Thelymitra (Genus) (Sun Orchid) and Thelymitra (Genus) (Sun Orchid) .
The long thin channeled leaf, blue columb and and colour, shape and bumps on the post-anther lobe are all very similar.
I think this looks more like a T. simularta without spots and I think is another of the many yet unnamed hybrids.

I agree with Derek. This look like one of the spotted orchids (or hybrid) that has lost its spots.
