Probably grevillea but looks a bit like persoonia laurina which is widely available in plant nurseries according to ChatGPT. See https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/64808611 https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/104172262 https://inaturalist.ala.org.au/observations/100990254
I've gone back through the iNat photos. The iNat leaves aren't as fuzzy and the buds aren't as gnarly as mine. So, let's leave it as grevillea sp. or even unidentified and we'll see what happens. I pass by there frequently.
I take that back. I don't think it's grevillea. Grevillea leaves are arranged alternately along the branchlets. Persoonia leaves are usually arranged alternately but sometimes in opposite pairs, or in whorls of three or four. I'm calling it persoonia for now.
It's a Grevillea. The leaves are alternate as a opposed to opposite, and the reddish colour of buds is also diagnostic (if the other option is persoonia). This is G.victoriae or a cultivar of it.
