Same tree as https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4470590
To be able to upload more photos, I created another sighting. I went back and found another gum nut at the base of the tree which was not fully opened. The fruit had 4 valves and many seeds. The shape was hard to explain, but similar to obliquely pyramidal according to the photo of EUCLID website. I drew the shape as the photo 3. There was another gum nut nearby which had 5 valves (photo 4). The last photo includes this tree on the right side and another gum tree on the left side (sighting link: https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4470926). Their branches partly overlap, so it may affect the findings of fallen parts of the tree.
