User's notes
Several large plants (~30-35cm high) either in full flower or about to flower, others mostly basal tufts or with stems of unopened flowers. Area approx 7m x 2m, scattered patches (various size) and individual plants. Southern road verge. Deep basaltic soil containing large rocks. Approx 2 metres back from road edge badly eroding embankment slopes up steeply (approx 45 deg) from road edge to property fenceline along top edge. MGD in less densely grassed areas and patches of bare ground in 2m wide strip from bottom to top of embankment slope. Evidence of sheep grazing through adjoining paddock fence.
