While this is not the same as the sightings recognised as A. discobola on CNM, there are a few identified as such on the AlA which look like this.

I found an image of E, xeropterella on page 31 of 'Ento Soc. Vic's publication 'Morewell National Park Lepidoptera and Neuroptera' which matches this sighting well. Its a variable species. Its more elongate than.Agriophara i think witth very large prominent palps. I don't think the single image on Lepidoptera Butterfly House captures the apparent variation well. I wondered about this myself but thought it was not long and thin enough. Could the size difference be a sex thing as with Philobota?

Yes, they are very similar, whereas E. xeropterella seems more likely to have a dark thorax as in this specimen. They seem to have similar east coast distritutions although E. xeropterella has more southern Victorian records on the ALA.
