User's notes

Just don't know what is happening here. I had no idea what was in this females beak until I looked at the photos. She seems to be busy cleaning out all signs of the previous tenants (galahs). At the base of the tree are numerous feathers, mostly galah, but also gang gang - collected for research. (and no, despite my daughter's protestations otherwise, I'm sure gang gangs are not galah murders!)

Aviary birds are known to capture and eat sparrows , so don't be too sure of their innocence. I poled a very young galah chick in nearby Lynch Place Garran - just two days ago.

Thank you - I stand corrected. I learn so
much from CNM. It’s definitely beaks and claw out there!
