Attracted to UV light at night (50w Gecko).

I am suggesting thus species given its similarity in size and shape with other similar Metasia spp. and the clear prominent double spot in the forewing which looks to be typical of this species online (eg. the ALA). M. pharisalis has records in SE NSW near to the ACT and one record for the ACT (see Bold Systems 4).
A new species record for CNM if confirmed.
