I think all specimen shown in the above photos are Small St John's Wort. There were 2 distinct sizes of flowers: diameter 1-1.2cm of the flowers shown in the first and second photographs and the single large flower in the 3rd photograph; the diameter of flowers of the other specimens shown in photo 3 is about 0.5cm; the 4th photo shows the single flower of the small variant.
