I'm pretty sure the flowers are of Hydrocotyle geraniifolia (can see the leaves of that species in image 4), and the leaves look like Senecio linearifolius. Hydrocotyle geraniifolia is a twinner so it could well have entertwinned itself amongst the senecio.

If it is, I didn't spot it, but it wouldn't be the first time I've been fooled by entwined plants.
