It is very hard to tell whether it is Lasioglossum or Homalictus. There are metallic green species in both groups. It might even be a small Lipotriches. If she carries most of the pollen under her abdomen, then she is a Homalictus.

Bee about 8-10mm

That's a shame it cant be identified. Is it helpful in the future to try for a side shot of the bee?

Yes, that might help. It could also show the colour of the abdomen better and tell us where the hair bands are, if there are any.
