This likely is Myriophyllum crispatum; however the defining characteristic (crisped hairs on stem) cannot be determined from this photograph. Accepted as probably Myriophyllum crispatum on the basis of its shape which is closer to fusiform (M. cripatum) than to being truncate (M. variifolium).
