No that is complete. It is a great Autumn orchid with the flower first and the leaf will develop later. While it could look incomplete all the petals and sepals (6 in total) are there just as they should be. The 2 more prominent you are seeing are the Lateral Sepals and in this species the petals are those smaller 2 little arm-like parts near the top. This a perfect example of the species.
