very common: occurring along margins on moist soils, and also in water and under water.
Searched for capsules and flowers, but found none.
Identified as H. sibthorpioides due to reflexed hairs just under lamina (second photo), characteristic of species in FV.

It's probably this species, but would need photos of the inflorescences and fruit to be 100% sure.
