Yes this is a Juvenile. If it was born in teh Act there is a good chance that it should have silver leg bands. Can't see any on this bird, but I am not sure - teh bands are hard to see but if you get a chance to get binoculars onto the legs of fledglings I would very much like to hear teh results of what you see
