I don't see the long forward pointing palps of T. pentadactylus nor the grey and white streaked patterning on thr forewings.

I think this is the common Faveria tritalis with its palps held erect rather than the usual forward pointing. The palps are the right shape, and some F. tritalis are as dark as this sighting.
