This is a known site that got damaged once by the sapling being cut. I reported this to show additional damage by digging.

Thanks Mike. Could be useful to include a comment along these lines as I'm just new at moderating for ants, and it didn't have a timeline indicating a known site. Happy to confirm once you fix the location.
