Hi Bron, there appears to be two of the same sighting (4258200 [this one] & 4258171), and I also noticed I got two notifications for your recent Oxyopes sighting, although I haven't checked to see if it's actually doubled up

Hi Yumi I investigated and it turns out 3 of my latest postings have been duplicated. I've deleted 2 of them but the third (Oxyopes) is still double on my profile. It's odd - I've been having various difficulties (links not found etc). Is there software work going on today or yesterday? I get moderator alerts but if I look at one of them the rest disappear.

That's strange... I had one alert that didn't link to a proper page and the rest were either of Alison's new sightings (which haven't doubled up) and double-ups for your sightings. It'll probably be best to contact the tech team with your feedback! The last time I found duplicates of my sightings they were great; sorted everything out very quickly!

I've already sent a report Yumi, thanks. Whom should I contact about more general issues? Michael M asked me to start to moderate for spiders and although there's an icon next to my name in the list, and I get alerts for new spiders, I don't have a 'confirm' button. Michael sent me useful notes for moderators but they don't cover this.

Recently I've found that the confirm button doesn't always come up when I select the species and I can only suggest it. But once it's suggested, I'm able to confirm the suggestion. The option to suggest and to confirm used to consistently come for me though.
Are you able to confirm your own sightings? I thought you confirmed the Cyclosa trilobata from a while ago.
It'll probably be best to submit another report for technical support!
