Shape of discosubmarginal cell, and presence of spurious vein show that this belongs to Ophioninae. Fenestra with no sclerites indicates Leptophion. According to Ophioninae of Australia, Gauld 1977, the possible options are L. unicalcaratus, L. orientalis, L tetus, L. yampus, L. anici, L antennatus or L. iochus.

Antennae
This specimen has 70 flagellar segments; length of first / second = 1.8; length / width of 20th segment = 1.9.
The only Leptophion wasps with "Antennae exceptionally long and slender" are L. yampus and L. anici (56 - 74 flagellar segments).

Wing Venation
L. yampus and L anici are decribed as being very similar with 1m-cu strongly sinuate and Rs strongly curved. The hindwings have Rs strongly curved. Using the measurements described in Ophioninae of Australia, Gauld 1977, this specimen has: ICI = p/q = 1.0; DI = 0.46; CI= 0.29. This would suggest that it is L. yampus which has ICI = 0.7+. (see fig 89, Ophioninae of Australia, Gauld 1977). L. anici tends to exhibit large variations and so should not be completely ruled out.
