This isn't Mythimna convecta. It lacks the longitudinal streaking and the cell spot is different.

I looked at nag dentosa and the other light coloured Hadenini, but did not find a match. Nor in the Heliothiinae, nor Xanthodes.

While its clearly quite a variable species I think A, rubresecens is quite a good match, looking quite similar to a specimen photographed by D, Horbern on the ALA at Atanda in 2011. The length and appearance of the abdomen looks right too.
