I cannot see a thin black line on the leading edge of the forewing in this specimen.

I can't either. it might still be there, but seems not. It does look like Philobota, butI don't know of a plain white prospect. Suggest park as Philobota sp.

The moth does share striated antennae with the first specimen on CNM of this species - although that feature not obvious in the BOLD specimens.

Many Oecophoridae species have striated antennae. Each forewing of this specimen has no brown costal streak, and has a pattern of 6 brown spots. All 7 specimens of Philobota chionoptera on BOLD have the costal streak, and none have a pattern of brown spots. Meyrick also mentions the costal streak, and makes no mention of spots. Why would this be P. chionoptera ?
