This hollow is located on the fringe of suburban Lyons, near the bike path that runs parallel to Hindmarsh Dr. On three occasions I saw gang-gangs actively looking into the nest as well as gang-gangs in neighbouring trees. I was astounded but immensely excited to find the gang-gangs in such an urbanised space. The birds were sighted on 16, 18 & 23 Oct but I didn’t have my camera with me. The photo above was taken on 22 Jan, the nesting hollow is now vacant.
