Possibly. Rosemary Purdie’s notes on Leucopogon virgatus in the ACT state that it is a sprawling shrub or has horizontal branches turned up at the ends, and the leaves are flattish to concave with a long drawn out tip with a callus at the end. Leucopogon microphyllus var. pilibundus is an erect, often compact shrub, the leaves usually concave, with an obtuse apex with a curved down tip.
From what I can see of the leaves when I blow up photo 1, they fit Leucopogon virgatus.
Please comment on whether the plant was sprawling or erect, or provide a photo.
