There's a white cedar (Melia azedarach) within 20-25 metres (Block 23). The Bee Hotel is made up of offcuts of various timber. There may be some white cedar included. I presume you mean Leptocneria.
I am glad someone knew what I meant. Can you have look closer around the tree to if there are any more signs of L. reducta caterpillars, like cocoons, or dead skins, or silk on the trunk?
I checked the largest of the 3 M. Azedarach, which is next to the path and nearest to where the caterpillar was located.
