Possibly. Swainsona is extraordinarily difficult to ID to species level. The rounded tips to the leaves do suggest monticola rather than sericea. To ID to species level, I need several photos: A good closeup of a stem showing whether the hairs lie close to the stem (sericea and monticola), stick out from the stem (behriana) or are hairless (recta). A photo of a single typical leaf, to count the leaflets. And a sideways on photo of a flower clearly showing the lobes of the calyx, which cups the flower.

Given that there are at least 7 leaflet pairs this rules out behriana and sericea, while blunt and notched tip of leaf suggest Swainsona monticola

Plantnet states that both sericea and behriana have up to 13 leaflets per leaf, which is why I did not rule them out.
