Of the spiders I looked up, this one looked closest to the Kicking Peacock Spider, but I think it's something else. The mandibles are even bluer than in photo.
I checked with Stuart Harris who said "The spider you show is NOT a peacock spider. It is a salticid and is also part of the sub-family (Euophryinae) which Maratus/Saratus belong to but not a peacock. It is a male Jotus auripes."
