From other sightings at this site, there appears to be a lot of rubbishy stuff ? in the mulch. For that reason I am not sure that this is the local species, though I am fairly certain it is Solanum. You may need at least partially ripe fruit as well as flowers for an ID at species level.

I was not sure of this because it had larger leaves and was more compact than the local species, which has fruited and gone into decline by this time. It could be due to disturbance and fertility of the soil.
