I am reluctant to think nobbi unless you can provided more information. To be sure it is nobbi which on the surface looks very much like muricatus, you would need to see a clear pinkish reddish flush at the base of the tail or the colour of the inside of the mouth would be flesh pink rather than bright orange. This will always be a problem for these two species. I will delay confirmation until you have a chance to comment on your reasons for calling it nobbi.
