any chance to follow up? if these are Canberra Spiders it would be a new population. I think the majority of Spiders are flowering by now.

They are not CSOs. Most likely Thelymitra. CSOs have very hairy basal leaves.

I have been searching around but couldn't find them - I think my eyes are tuned for big fat Paterson's Curse right now. Also I don't want to trample on them.
