Hi apm57, could you please confirm this Rufous Fantail in Higgins, not an unusual ACT but unusual to be seen in a Higgins garden.

Since apm57 had suggested the ID as Rufous Fantail when entering the sighting (see the identification history) and you clearly agree, you can take that as confirmation and go ahead and confirm it
