It's not P. falcata which has a long dorsal sepal. P. monticola is a possibility, but need a better view of the flower from the front showing the sinus and labellum.

I am not sure I could get around to the front of the plant and will not be in the area for another 2 weeks, so may not be able to get another photo. Could it possibly be a P curta with unusually long lateral sepals?
