Possibly immature Macrolepiota dolichaula or immature Chlorophyllum hortense. The 'macrolepiotoid' mushrooms have concentric rings of scales on the mature caps, which result from the splitting of the surface layer of cap cells as the cap expands. You can see the splitting starting in this photo. In the two species listed above the scales are white (or whitish) whereas in some other species the outer skin (and hence the resulting scales) are brown.
