I came to the same conclusion Cath before I read your comment. Also there is a quite prominent bract on the stem, so yes C. carnea.

Despite its pale colour, I wonder if this might be C. carnea. The stem is quite thick and greenish, and the labellum side lobes are very upright. What do you think, Tony?
