Leave it as it is for now. Take a look at the venation between cnm1 and cnm2, they are not different. In the Tipulidae wing venation is diagnostic at subfamilies, tribe and genera levels.

Looking at Geranomyia sp photos on the internet I see that almost all of them have a long proboscis too. Shall I "Undo" the confirmations?

I am not so sure, the wing venation doesn't appear correct for Geranomyia.
