ISA100: Long Gully Rd/Mugga Lane

Old Farm dam at the corner of Long Gully Road and Mugga Lane. Best to park on Long Gully Road, on teh northern side. There is a parking spot a bit further back. The pond was part of a FW revegetation project in 2015 and frog monitoring commenced in 2020 when Mike Sim took teh first recording in this offset site.

Possibly a Slender Ringtail but details too blurry.

Ok I looked at the list of all your species records, went to page 3 to see the ones for march 2020
there were 5 records for frogs made for the 06.03.

Crinia sig (TBA) no recording #4263735
Crinia parinsig verified no recording # 4263736
Crinia sig (TBA) with recording #4263778
Crinia Sig no recording verified but with the suggestion of Crinia parinsignifera pending #4263779
Limnodynastes tas with recording, verified #4252015
they were all made for the exact same location (sorry Mike to cause so much trouble for you!! we will get there and you are doing a great job with improving the system)

I have now taken the liberty to
1. Keep the Lim tas sighting (with recording and verified) #4252015
2. Kept #4263779 as record for Crinia signifera but deleted suggestion for Crinia parinsignifera
3. DELETED Crinia parinsig verified no recording # 4263736
4. CHANGED Crinia sig (TBA) with recording #4263778 into record for Crinia parinsig (as it has a recording) and deleted the Crin sig suggestion- simply to make it clearer for this specific case
5. left a note in Crinia sig (TBA) no recording #4263735 for the sighting to be deleted as I can not find a way to get rid of this one!!

sorry for the long winded comment but it is very confusing!!

I have replicated the sighting by copying the audio but there are problems. One showed up in Nearby Sightings but the other did not. Now they are both gone.

I agree it is unsatisfactory but until the survey feature is working properly we just do our best.
