Thanks, @poida84. With your last comment, GITM1 was able to find the discussion comment on your FB page. While we agree that 'Divine' would be a perfect name for the flossy, we think there has been a misunderstanding in that 'divine' was meant as a descriptive compliment, not a name. Her yellow facial markings are beautiful. What we could do now is continue with the comparisons we have been making with the known flossies in GITM. You have good views of one side of her face & her tail. Do you have any views of the other side of her face? If you do, could you edit your sighting & add that view? We haven't found a match for the views you have already uploaded, but both facial views would give us a better chance of finding a match. If you don't have the other facial view, then we will consider her a new flossy & you can name her - maybe suggest a couple of names as we already have a large list of names & all haven't been added to NM yet.

Thank you for uploading your sighting, much appreciated. We will review previous sightings and let you know if she has been seen before or if she is a new floss to the area.

Hi again, @poida84. GITM1, GITM3, & I have been discussing the ID of your female glossy (flossy). We are very interested in knowing more about the flossy 'Divine' & who identified your flossy. We checked the IDs in the other zones within the GITM project & Divine has not been identified within those sections. Also, we haven't found a good match between your flossy & others reported in the area covering Colo Vale to Buxton. In our work with glossies reported in GITM, we found that glossies weren't traveling far from where originally sighted. Within the sections that the 3 of us worked, the greatest distance traveled was approximately 13 km. However, if your flossy is a good match with Divine & is from another area, that would be very exciting & advance our knowledge of distances glossies are traveling. If possible, we would enjoy seeing some photos of Divine & communicating with the person who compared your flossy with her. Cheers & thanks, GITM2
